CENTRAL BANK ACT 1997

This Revised Act is an administrative consolidation of the Central Bank Act 1997. It is prepared by the Law Reform Commission in accordance with its function under the Law Reform Commission Act 1975 (3/1975) to keep the law under review and to undertake revision and consolidation of statute law.

All Acts up to and including the Merchant Shipping (Investigation of Marine Casualties) (Amendment) Act 2022 (8/2022), enacted 16 May 2022, and all statutory instruments up to and including the Consumer Protection (Regulation of Retail Credit and Credit Servicing Firms) Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2022 (S.I. No. 229 of 2022), made 10 May 2022, were considered in the preparation of this Revised Act.
