LITTER POLLUTION ACT 1997

REVISED

This Revised Act is an administrative consolidation of the Litter Pollution Act 1997. It is prepared by the Law Reform Commission in accordance with its function under the Law Reform Commission Act 1975 (3/1975) to keep the law under review and to undertake revision and consolidation of statute law.

All Acts up to and including the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (6/2022), enacted 12 April 2022, and all statutory instruments up to and including the Companies Act 2014 (Section 12A(1)) (Covid-19) Order 2022 (S.I. No. 220 of 2022), made 26 April 2022, were considered in the preparation of this Revised Act.
