Establishment day for Part 5
24. The Minister shall, by order, appoint a day to be the establishment day for the purposes of this Part.

2. The 11th day of June 2018 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of Part 5 of the Water Services Act 2017 (No. 29 of 2017).
