Establishment day for Part 5
24. The Minister shall, by order, appoint a day to be the establishment day for the purposes of this Part.

Power pursuant to section exercised (11.06.2018) by Water Services Act 2017 (Part 5) (Establishment Day) Order 2018 (S.I. No. 193 of 2018), in effect as per reg. 2.
2. The 11th day of June 2018 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of Part 5 of the Water Services Act 2017 (No. 29 of 2017).
