(1) The Registrar shall collect and aggregate, on an annual basis, data on procedures concerning a process taken under Part 8, 9, 10, 10A, or 11 in compliance with Article 29 of Directive (EU) 2019/1023 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019³ on preventive restructuring frameworks, on discharge of debt and disqualifications, and on measures to increase the efficiency of procedures concerning restructuring, insolvency and discharge of debt, and amending Directive (EU) 2017/1132.

(2) The Registrar shall collect and aggregate the data referred to in subsection (1) for –

(a) the full calendar year commencing on 1 January 2023 and ending on 31 December 2023, and

(b) every full calendar year ending on 31 December thereafter.]
