1281. (1) Section 747(2) shall apply to a PUC as if the following paragraph were substituted for paragraph (b):

“(b) not less than 100 members of the company;”.

(2) Section 747(2) shall apply to a PULC as if—

(a) the following paragraph were substituted for paragraph (b):

“(b) not less than 100 members of the company;”;

and

(b) paragraph (c) were omitted therefrom.
