Notification of imposition of disciplinary sanction.
49.— (1) As soon as practicable after deciding to impose a disciplinary sanction, the Council shall notify the registered pharmacist or pharmacy owner and the complainant of the following—
(a) the disciplinary sanction imposed,
(b) the reasons for the imposition of the sanction,
(c) the date of the decision.
F46[(2) If the Council has imposed a disciplinary sanction other than a disciplinary sanction arising out of measures referred to in section 48(3), the notification under subsection (1) must also specify—
(a) the time within which the registered pharmacist or pharmacy owner may apply to the High Court for cancellation of the decision, and
(b) in the case of a disciplinary sanction other than an admonishment or a censure, the time within which the Council may apply to the High Court for confirmation of the decision.]
