Inspectors.
14.—F9[(1) For the purposes of this Act the Authority may appoint a person (including a member of the staff of the Authority) to be an inspector for such period and subject to such terms and conditions as the Authority may determine.]
(2) Each inspector shall be given a warrant of his or her appointment and, when exercising any power conferred by this Act, shall, on request by any person affected, produce the warrant or a copy thereof, together with a form of personal identification.
F10[(3) The Authority may designate a member of its staff, who has been appointed as an inspector pursuant to subsection (1), to be Chief Inspector.]
