Following a calculation by the Commission under Article 8 that results in an additional benefit, a payment shall be made in respect of the matters provided for in this Order, which shall be known as the public service obligations payment, in this Order referred to as the PSO Payment, which shall be estimated, calculated, adjusted, collected, monitored, certified, accounted for and paid in accordance with the provisions of this Order.]
