Nothing in this Chapter shall be taken to affect the right of a person to exclude himself or herself from participating in a relevant gambling activity or activities provided by a licensee by entering into an arrangement (howsoever described) provided by the licensee to enable such exclusion in accordance with the terms of the arrangement.
