81. Section 8 of the Act of 1992 is amended—

(a) in subsection (1), by the substitution of “is” for “was, on the qualifying date”, and

(b) in subsection (2)—

(i) in paragraph (a), by the deletion of “on the qualifying date”, and

(ii) in paragraph (a)(ii)(II), by the deletion of “on that date”.
