65. Section 125(1) of the Act of 1999 is amended, in the definition of “insurer”, by the insertion of the following after “1909”:

“, or who holds an authorisation to carry on the business of insurance granted by the authority in the United Kingdom charged by law with the duty of supervising such persons”.
