36. Section 489 of the Act of 1997 is amended in paragraph (b) of the definition of “unlisted”—

(a) in subparagraph (i), by the deletion of “or”,

(b) in subparagraph (ii), by the substitution of “State, or” for “State.”, and

(c) by the insertion of the following subparagraph after subparagraph (ii):

“(iii) in the United Kingdom.”.
