Aircraft Noise (Dublin Airport) Regulation Act 2019
Short title, collective citation, construction and commencement
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Aircraft Noise (Dublin Airport) Regulation Act 2019.
(2) Part 3 and the Planning and Development Acts 2000 to 2018 may be cited together as the Planning and Development Acts 2000 to 2019 and shall be construed together as one.
(3) This Act shall come into operation on such day or days as the Minister may by order or orders appoint either generally or with reference to any particular purpose or provision and different days may be so appointed for different purposes and different provisions.

Power pursuant to subsection (3) exercised (1.09.2019) by Aircraft Noise (Dublin Airport) Regulation Act 2019 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2019 (S.I. No. 403 of 2019).
2. The 1st day of September 2019 is appointed as the day on which the Aircraft Noise (Dublin Airport) Regulation Act 2019 (No. 12 of 2019), insofar as it is not already in operation, shall come into operation.

Power pursuant to subsection (3) exercised (14.06.2019) by Aircraft Noise (Dublin Airport) Regulation Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019 (S.I. No. 260 of 2019).
2. The 14th day of June 2019 is appointed as the day on which Part 1 of the Aircraft Noise (Dublin Airport) Regulation Act 2019 (No. 12 of 2019) shall come into operation.
