558ZAC. (1) The time limits specified in the provisions mentioned in subsection (2) are suspended for the period during which any proceedings under this Part are being considered by the relevant court.

(2) The provisions referred to in subsection (1) are—

(a) section 558L(2),

(b) section 558T(4),

(c) section 558ZA(2), and

(d) section 558ZA(4).]
