1588. This Part shall not apply to –

(a) financial products listed in points (b) and (f) of point (12) of Article 2 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088, or

(b) undertakings listed in points (2) to (23) of Article 2(5) of Directive 2013/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 201315.]
