1250. Section 982 shall apply to a PUC and an ULC as if—

(a) each reference in it to a DAC were a reference to a PUC or an ULC, as the case may be, and

(b) in the case of a PUC, the reference in subsection (3)(c) to the giving, variation, revocation or renewal of an authority for the purposes of section 69(1) were a reference to the giving, variation, revocation or renewal of an authority for the purposes of section 1021(1).
