Interpretation (Part 19)

1227. In this Part—

“constitution” shall be read in accordance with section 1233 or 1234, as the case may be;

“PUC” shall be read in accordance with section 1228(1)(b);

“PULC” shall be read in accordance with section 1228(1)(c);

“ULC” shall be read in accordance with section 1228(1)(a).
