4. (1) Sections 17, 27, 30, 36, 37, 38, 40, 49, 52, 99, 102, 105 and 106 of the Act of 2007 are repealed.

(2) Sections 12 F2[…] and 20 of the Act of 2013 are repealed.

(3) The Local Government (Delimitation of Water Supply Disconnection Powers) Act 1995 is repealed.

(4) The repeal of the provisions of the Act of 2007 effected by subsection (1) shall not have effect for the purposes of the operation of an excluded provision.
