16. On the network transfer date—

(a) Schedule 1 has effect, with respect to the transfer of assets, licences, rights and liabilities of BGÉ, and of Gaslink, specified in the network transfer plan, to the network company, and

(b) Schedule 2 has effect with respect to the transfer of staff of BGÉ and staff of Gaslink specified in the network transfer plan, to the network company.
