Amendment of section 42 of Act of 2003.
22.— Section 42(b) (inserted by section 83 of the Criminal Justice (Terrorist Offences) Act 2005) of the Act of 2003 is amended by substituting “proceedings are pending” for “proceedings have been brought”.
