Amendment of section 29 of Act of 2003.
17.— Section 29(1) (amended by section 15 of the Criminal Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009) of the Act of 2003 is amended by substituting “subsection (1) or (2) of section 15 or (1) or (2) of section 16” for “section 15, or subsection (1) or (2) of section 16”.
