Application (Chapter 3).

183.— This Chapter applies in relation to all legal proceedings—

(a) to which NAMA or a NAMA group entity is or becomes a party,

(b) relating to a designated bank asset or acquired bank asset, or

(c) otherwise relating to NAMA.
