33.— (1) The expenses incurred by the Minister in the administration of this Act shall be paid out of money provided by the Oireachtas and shall be repaid to the Minister from the funds of Anglo Irish Bank.

(2) The expenses incurred in respect of the Assessor by the Minister, and any other expenses or expenditure incurred by the Minister under this Act, shall be paid from the funds of Anglo Irish Bank or, if that is not possible in the circumstances and the Minister considers it appropriate, out of the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof.
