Child benefit — new rates.
3.— (1) Schedule 4 to the Principal Act is amended by substituting the following for Part 4 (inserted by section 4 of the Act of 2007):
“PART 4
Amounts of Child Benefit

”.
(2) This section comes into operation on 1 April 2008.
