52.— (1) If no application under section 51 is made within the period referred to in subsection (2) of that section, the Council shall apply to the High Court for an order confirming the decision F50[(not being a decision to impose the disciplinary sanction of an admonishment or a censure)].

(2) An application under this section must be made within 60 days of the registered pharmacist’s or pharmacy owner’s receipt of notification of the decision.

(3) The High Court may but need not confirm the Council’s decision.

(4) A suspension of registration confirmed under this section may not begin in the 7 days following the making of the order.

F50[(5) The High Court may direct how the costs of an application under this section are to be borne.]
