F27[Division of Register for visiting European pharmacists
24B.— (1) The Register referred to in section 13(1)(a)(i) of this Act shall have a second part, hereinafter referred to as Part B, which shall be entitled “Visiting Pharmacists from Relevant EEA States”.
F28[(2) The Council shall enter, in Part B of the Register of Pharmacists, the names of persons providing the services of a registered pharmacist in the State on a temporary and occasional basis pursuant to Part 4 of the Professional Qualifications Regulations.
(3) Notwithstanding the provisions of Part 6 of this Act, the Council may cancel a registration under Part B of the Register of Pharmacists in any of the circumstances referred to Regulation 12(6) of the Professional Qualifications Regulations within two months of the date on which the information concerned becomes known to the Council.]
