79.—F173[(1)] There may be included in the same reference to the Board under section 76 or 77 disputes and, where appropriate, complaints in respect of 2 or more different matters.

F173[(2) In the case of a complaint made under section 76A—

(a) subsection (1) shall not apply to the complaint, and

(b) the reference to the Board of a complaint made under section 76A shall not include any other dispute or complaint.]
