Additional requirements relating to termination by landlord
F89[33A. Without prejudice to section 33, in addition to the grounds for termination by a landlord under section 34, in accordance with section 57(b), Part 5 shall apply in relation to the termination of a Part 4 tenancy by a landlord.]
