30.—A person guilty of an offence under this Part shall be liable on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding £1,500 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.

The Euro equivalent of £1,5000 is €1,905. This translates into a Class C fine as provided (4.01.2011) by Fines Act 2010 (8/2010), s. 6(2) and table ref. no. 1, S.I. No. 662 of 2010. A class C fine is not greater than €2,500.
