102.—Where, under this Act, any information relating to any person is required to be delivered to the F243[Bank] and is so received by F243[it], the F243[Bank] may apply such system of classification as F243[it] considers appropriate to such information and may assign symbols of identification to persons or classes of persons to whom any such information relates.
