Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992

3A.—(1) The purposes for which the amendments of this Act by the Protection of the Environment Act 2003 are made include the purpose of giving effect to F20[Directive 2008/1/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 January 2008] concerning integrated pollution prevention and control1 (in this Act referred to as "the Directive").
