Sea Pollution Act 1991
Commencement.
2.—This Act shall come into operation on such day or days as the Minister by order appoints and different days may be appointed for different provisions.

Power pursuant to section exercised (1.06.1994) by Sea Pollution Act, 1991 (Section 8) (Commencement) Order 1994 (S.I. No. 123 of 1994).
2. The 1st day of June, 1994 is hereby appointed as the day on which Section 8 of the Sea Pollution Act, 1991 shall come into operation.

2. The 20th day of November, 1992, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Sea Pollution Act, 1991, other than section 8, shall come into operation.
