63.—The Official Assignee shall not be liable—

(a) by reason of any of the matters on which an adjudication was grounded being insufficient to support the adjudication,

(b) in respect of his receipt of any property, provided he has not dealt with the property otherwise than as directed by the Court or as required by this Act or by F67[regulations made by the Minister under this Act].
