Discharge of protection order.
(New)
101.—The Court may, at any time after the private sitting referred to in section 90, order that the order for protection be discharged on application to that effect being made by the arranging debtor with the concurrence of every creditor who had notice of the private sitting and whose debt is not less than F96[€130].
