Definitions.

1.—In this Act—
“the Act of 1971” means the Redundancy Payments Act, 1971;
F1[‘Minister’ means the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment;]
“the Principal Act” means the Redundancy Payments Act, 1967.
