Local Authorities (Traffic Wardens) Act 1975
Exercise of power under this Act by one local authority for another.
7.—A local authority may enter into an agreement with another local authority that any power conferred on the first-mentioned authority by this Act may be exercised on its behalf by the second-mentioned authority and the power shall from such entry become exercisable by the second-mentioned authority.

Function under section assigned to Local Authority (1.03.1993) by Local Government Act, 1991 (Reserved Functions) Order 1993 (S.I. No. 37 of 1993), art. 2 and sch. in effect as per art. 3.
2. It is hereby declared that each function of a local authority specified in the Schedule to this Order shall be performed, insofar as the same is performable by such authority, by resolution of the members of that authority.
