Saving for general power of Commissioner.
126.—Nothing in F340[the Road Traffic Acts, 1961 to 1994] shall prejudice or derogate from the general power and duty of the Commissioner and other members of the Garda Síochána to preserve order in public places and to regulate and control traffic therein.
