Irish Nationality and Citizenship Act 1956
Extension to all citizens of statutory rights conferred on persons born in Ireland.
29. —An Irish citizen, wherever born, shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges conferred by the terms of any enactment on persons born in F53[the State].
