408. In this Part—

“Act of 1966” means the Housing Act 1966;

“Act of 1993” means the Roads Act 1993;

“section 410 functions” means the functions referred to in subsection (1) of section 410;

“section 423 functions” means the functions referred to in subsection (1) of section 423.
