Dissolution day
107. The Minister shall, by order, appoint a day to be the dissolution day for the purposes of this Part.

2. The 1st day of May 2023 is appointed to be the dissolution day for the purposes of Part 11 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act 2022 (No. 40 of 2022).
