188. Section 2(1) of the Act of 1999 is amended—

(a) in the definition of “transmission”, by the insertion of “in the State or offshore, or both,” after “transmission system”, and

(b) by the insertion of the following definition:

“ ‘offshore’ has the meaning assigned to it by section 13A;”.
