24. The Housing Finance Agency Act 1981 is amended—

(a) in section 4(2)—

(i) by the insertion of “and” after paragraph (c), and

(ii) by the deletion of paragraphs (ca) and (cb),

and

(b) in section (5)—

(i) in paragraph (c), by the substitution of “Act, or” for “Act,”,

(ii) in paragraph (d), by the substitution of “body.” for “body, or”, and

(iii) by the deletion of paragraph (e).
