Power pursuant to section exercised (1.06.2022) by Regulated Professions (Health and Social Care) (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2022 (S.I. No. 260 of 2022).

2. The 1st day of June 2022 is appointed as the day on which section 139 of the Regulated Professions (Health and Social Care) (Amendment) Act 2020 (No. 16 of 2020) shall come into operation.

2. The 31st day of May 2022 is appointed as the day on which section 99 of the Regulated Professions (Health and Social Care) (Amendment) Act 2020 (No. 16 of 2020), insofar as that section relates to the substitution in section 47 of the Medical Practitioners Act 2007 (No. 25 of 2007) of subsections (2) and (3), shall come into operation.

2. The 14th day of March 2022 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Regulated Professions (Health and Social Care) (Amendment) Act 2020 (No. 16 of 2020) shall come into operation:

(a) paragraphs (b) and (c) of section 84;

(b) paragraph (g)(i) of section 109;

(c) sections 120 and 121;

(d) sections 123 to 130.

Power pursuant to section exercised (1.08.2021) by Regulated Professions (Health and Social Care) (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2021 (S.I. No. 409 of 2021).

2. The 1st day of August 2021 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Regulated Professions (Health and Social Care) (Amendment) Act 2020 (No. 16 of 2020) shall come into operation:

(a) section 60;

(b) section 74 in so far as it is not already in operation;

(c) sections 143 to 148;

(d) sections 150 to 155;

(e) section 157;

(f) section 159 other than subsection (b) insofar as that subsection inserts (2A) into section 55 of the Act of 2011;

(g) sections 160 to 185.

2. The 24th day of March 2021 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Regulated Professions (Health and Social Care) (Amendment) Act 2020 (No. 16 of 2020) shall come into operation:

(c) paragraph (a) of section 36;

(d) paragraph (b) of section 37;

Power pursuant to section exercised (10.02.2021 and 13.02.2021) by Regulated Professions (Health and Social Care) (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2021 (S.I. No. 54 of 2021).

3. The 10th day of February 2021 is appointed as the day on which section 101 of the Act of 2020, in so far as it relates to the insertion, in section 50A of the Medical Practitioners Act 2007, of subsections (3) and (4), shall come into operation.

4. The 13th day of February 2021 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Act of 2020 shall come into operation:

(a) sections 51 and 52;

(b) section 53 (other than paragraph (a));

(c) sections 54 to 57;

(d) section 59;

(e) section 61 (other than paragraph (b));

(f) section 62 other than -

(i) paragraph (a)(ii) in so far as that paragraph relates to the insertion, in subsection (1) of section 36 of the Pharmacy Act 2007, of paragraph (ba)(ii), and

(ii) paragraph (b);

(g) sections 63 to 73;

(h) section 74 (other than paragraph (d));

(i) sections 75 and 76.
