3. The following provisions are repealed:

(a) section 21 of the Courts of Justice (District Court) Act 1946;

(b) sections 10(4) and 36(2) of the Courts (Supplemental Provisions) Act 1961;

(c) section 48 of the Courts and Court Officers Act 1995.
