20. Section 10 of the Local Government (Financial Provisions) Act 1978 is amended in subsections (2)(a), and (3)(b)(ii) by the substitution of “section 3 of the Local Government Rates and Other Matters Act 2019” for “section 103(7)(b)(i) of the Local Government Act 2001”.
