5. The expenses incurred by—

(a) the Minister,

(b) the Garda Síochána,

(c) the Director of Public Prosecutions,

(d) the Courts Service,

(e) the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, and

(f) the Minister for Health,

in the administration of this Act shall, to such extent as may be sanctioned by the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, be paid out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas.
