Amendment of section 212A(1) of Defence Act 1954

7. Section 212A (inserted by section 61 of the Defence (Amendment) Act 2007) of the Defence Act 1954 is amended in subsection (1) by deleting paragraph (b) of the definition of “imprisonment”.
