Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015
Short title and commencement
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015.
(2) This Act comes into operation on such day or days as the Minister may appoint by order or orders either generally or with reference to any particular purpose or provision and different days may be so appointed for different purposes or different provisions.

2. The 1st day of January 2017 is appointed as the day on which Part 4 of the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (No. 5 of 2015) comes into operation.

2. The 1st day of September 2015 is appointed as the day on which Parts 1, 2, 3 and 5 of, and the Schedule to, the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (No. 5 of 2015) come into operation.
