54. Section 119 of the Principal Act is amended —

(a) in subsection (1) —

(i) in paragraph (i) by substituting “subject to subsection (3), costs” for “costs”, and

(ii) by deleting paragraph (iii),

and

(b) by inserting the following subsection after subsection (2):

“(3) The costs awarded under subsection (1)(i) shall not exceed €1,000.”.
