46. Section 97 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) in subsection (1), by substituting “, 94(a) or 94(aa)” for “or 94(a)”, and

(b) in subsection (2), by substituting “, 94(a) or 94(aa)” for “or 94(a)”.
