Amendment of section 97 of Principal Act

46. Section 97 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) in subsection (1), by substituting “, 94(a) or 94(aa)” for “or 94(a)”, and

(b) in subsection (2), by substituting “, 94(a) or 94(aa)” for “or 94(a)”.
